Level1 Sr. - Advanced level technical support (Email, Web Scripting, Database and Hsphere Support with Mail Server logs and mail queue access)

Level2 Sr. - Shared and Dedicated hosting server monitoring and maintenance

Level3 Jr. - Shared and dedicated hosting server configuration with Hsphere cluster server access for maintenance

wsiadmin and root: mail, database, web and hsphere user access with configuration and maintenance only.


Level3 Sr. - Shared, Dedicated and Hsphere Cluster server installation, configuration and maintenance
