Job order- Dedicated Server

Note: Include all the dedicated server information such as specification or special request

1. Job order for dedicated server and other Add on features can only be processed from Mondays to Fridays. During Fridays, job order is until 12noon ONLY.
2. Processing time is 5 working days.
3. Job order will be receive by Ms. Aiko, (Ma’am Aiko Kindly add the details for further instruction)
4. Lastly, Sir Ryan will process the job order by coordinating our Data center in the US.
5. Sir Ryan will confirm receipt of job order via email.


From Technical manager;

1. Once the job order has been processed by Sir Ryan, the assigned system administrator will harden the server.
2. Once the server is ready for deployment, the Technical manager will reply to the job order email “Job order completed”.
3. The Welcome email from our Data center containing the server credentials will then be emailed to the authorized email address of the client.
4. The server is now ready to be used.
