Sales Administration Guidelines
(Order processing and Account credential requests)
(July 1, 2014)

A. Job order processing.
 Strictly “No Requirements, No JO process”. For special requests, email
approval from Operations Manager is a must.
 Job order schedule is strictly followed.

A.1. Domain registration, transfer, pointing and others which are domain related
will be directly processed by Sales Admin.

A.2. Shared hosting creation, change of platform, upgrade/downgrade, Addons,
resumption, trial and others which are shared hosting related will be directly
processed by Sales Admin.

A.3 Shared hosting FTP upload/download is forwarded to technical support for
proper handling. This normally takes 24-48 hours to complete. Sales Admin shall
follow through on the progress.

A.4 Dedicated hosting requests such as new, rebuild, upgrade/downgrade,
seven (7) days trial and cancellation shall be forwarded to
request@webfocus.ph CC: IT manager. Use jo@webfocus.ph as sender. Use the
old JO form

A.5 Special Add-ons particularly SSL certificate and static IP address are
forwarded to Operations Manager for third party purchase. This normally takes
24-48 hours to complete. Sales Admin shall follow through on the progress. Use
new Job order.

A.6 Doc Pedro requests shall be forwarded to technical support. Sales Admin
shall follow through on the progress. Please refer to Doc Pedro process flow. All
processed accounts will be recorded on weekly report but only those accounts
that are first time to avail our Doc Pedro service will be indicated on monthly
report.

A.7 Web development and SEO shall be forwarded to Project manager for
proper handling. Sales Admin will add discussion to the Job Order regarding the
requirements provided by the consultant. The job order will only be tagged as
“CLOSED” once it’s signed off. Only those accounts that are completed and
closed will be recorded on weekly report. But on those closed accounts which
are signed off will be indicated on monthly report.

A.8 Only one (1) Job Order will be created for all accounts declared as
cancelled by CSR. Sales Admin will process the deletion of accounts and
deletion reports.

B. Domain and hosting account credential requests particularly Control panel, FTP,
domain manager and creation/deletion of email accounts shall be sent to
jo@webfocus.ph by the requester (consultants/other team) with standard email
subject: Sales Admin request (domain.name)

B.1.The Sales Admin in charge will acknowledge the emails sent to
jo@webfocus.ph.

B.2.The Account credentials and email modification requests shall be directly
sent to the client’s authorized email address using hsphere@webfocus.ph.
