Procedure On Assignment Of Leads

1. Before contacting the prospective client, make sure it’s not in the Vtiger database of both Servobox and Webfocus.
2. The consultant should have made an initial contact whether through a phone call, a proposal, or a meeting before it can be entered in Vtiger.
3. When entering the contact details, the proper format of the CLIENT field should strictly be followed. The consultant who has the right format will have to first priority to that prospect whenever a conflict arises.
4. The consultant who owns the prospect will be given 2 months to close. After the time has lapsed, it will be reassigned to another consultant unless a request of extension is made by the original owner of the prospect.
5. If the Servobox consultant is currently the owner of the prospective client, the webfocus consultant can simultaneously own the prospective client in order to offer only web development packages.
6. If the Webfocus consultant is currently the owner of the prospective client, then the Servobox consultant can not transact with that prospect during the 2 month period.

Notes:

1. When a consultant already owns a client who has other sister or affiliate companies or branches, the consultant does not automatically owns all of these. These subsidiaries or branches will be treated as individual prospective client.
2. When a web hosting affiliate of Servobox closes a prospective account concurrently being worked on by a Webfocus consultant, the Servobox consultant will also own the new account.
3. If a consultant from either Webfocus or Servobox leaves the company, all their clients and prospective clients from the Vtiger database will be reassigned by the respective team leaders.
4. If conflicts still arise after applying the rules, The Sales Manager will have to final say in deciding who gets the prospective client.
