Pre-approach before the 1st Meeting

Preparation for First Presentation

Before going to the client, make sure that you prepare the following:

1. Calling Card
2. Company Profile
3. Service Order Form (if Needed)
4. Website Portfolios (our works) - preferably similar to the client's business
5. Website samples-either competitor's websites or related to the client's business
6. Research on Domain Name choices (if they don't have a Domain name yet)
7. Official Receipt (if Needed)
8. Any other power-point or presentation aid. (if Needed)
9. Equipment testing-laptops, internet connections.(if Needed)
10. Presentation Plan-visualize and rehearse
11. Questions for needs analysis.
