Technical Support On Call Duties and Responsibilities


1. On call responsibilities starts every Saturday 12:00pm and ends in Sunday Midnight or until Monday. Also, during special / regular holidays are also applicable.


2. The technical on call must ensure they are available to respond to any calls. This availability includes nights, weekends and during the duration of the on call.


3. Responds and troubleshoot to all server errors that will affect server’s performance. If unable to connect, contact the Team Leader or Senior Team Member who is available for proper recommendation and fixing.


Active Monitoring


1. Actively monitor mail server’s queue and spam.


2. Analyzing web/mail server logs.


3. Ticket monitoring.


4. Monitor all server via http://monitoring.servobox.com/
