Inter-department escalation process.
A rule where only Team Leader can channel concerns and request to other departments. Team members should raise their questions, queries, problems, issues, request etc. to their respective Team Leader.

Example : The team member has a concern on a given application installed on his computer unit. The team member CANNOT directly ask any of our technical team, instead; he/she has to discuss it to his/her Team Leader. If the Team Leader is not sure on what should be the solution on your concern, the Team Leader will talk to Technical Manager about the given concern.

Change of Time (offset)
All employees are allow to consume four (4) change schedules in a month, so it will be one (1) change schedule a week. To grant the change of time schedule, the team member must inform the Team Leader at least 30mins before 8:30AM on either texting or calling the Team Leader to inform that he/she will be late.

If the employee missed to inform the Team Leader, he/she will not be allowed to file his late as a change of schedule. Change Schedule must be file and approve within the day.

Extra-curricular activities
Browsing internet for personal use during working hours is not allowed. Checking social networking website such as Facebook, Twitter, Myspace and etc. is strictly prohibited. Even watching / streaming videos from Youtube, Vimeo and etc. is not allowed.

Those website is freely to use during Coffee breaks and Lunch Break, as soon as the employee caught viewing such website he / she will be given a corresponding reprimand.

Break Time
Morning Break

Batch 1 : 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM

Batch 2 : 10:16 AM – 10:30 AM

Lunch Break

12:00 PM – 01:00 PM

Afternoon Breakk

Batch 1 : 03:00 PM – 03:15 PM

Batch 2 : 03:16 PM – 03:30 PM

Each department member is assign on a given break time, if the employee didn’t catch his/her break time schedule due to some valid reason such as Client’s meeting, urgent task and etc. It is advisable to ask for the Team Leaders approval / permission if you can have your break on a different time.

If the employee exceed on allotted time for his / her break, he / she will be reprimand.
