Contract Policy

Emailing contracts:

 (1)All Contract Must be Print in Legal size,
 (2)Review the necessary details/content of the contract such as company name address, designation of the signatory,name of the signatory,
 (3)Team leaders/President signature in every page of the contract
 (4)Convert to pdf format,
 (5)Send to the client request the same format with signature in every page and printed in Legal size

Printing contracts: 

(1) Every revision made in the contract should be approved of the team-leader or the President otherwise that is consider invalid
(2) affix the authorized signatures (primary/secondary)

Important: Do not send contracts to clients without authorized signatures.
